Use this page to report non‑emergency concerns related to City services such as streets, parks, sanitation, or other maintenance needs within Truth or Consequences. Reports submitted here are routed to the appropriate department for review and follow‑up.

Some services cannot be reported online. Animal Control, Code Enforcement, and Electrical utility issues must be reported directly to Dispatch at (575) 894‑7111.
