Property & Code Enforcement works to maintain community standards by responding to complaints, investigating potential code violations, and educating residents about City ordinances.

Hours
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM, not including holidays. Reports made outside of our operational hours will be reviewed once hours of operation resume.

Code Enforcement Violations
To report a nuisance animal or a property condition that may violate City code, please use one of the following official reporting methods:

Truth or Consequences Police Department (Non‑Emergency): (575) 894‑1204

In Person:
Speak directly with Code Enforcement staff during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM at 507 McAdoo Street.

Using these official channels helps ensure concerns are properly documented, reviewed, and followed up on in a timely and consistent manner.
