Public Utility Advisory Board
The Public Utility Advisory Board (PUAB) in Truth or Consequences play key roles in overseeing and advising on matters related to utilities and infrastructure development. This board provides guidance on policies and decisions affecting the city's utilities, including water, electricity, and wastewater services. It helps ensure that utility operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with community needs. The PUAB also reviews proposals, discusses rate structures, and considers improvements to utility services.
