The Truth or Consequences City Clerk:
- Secretary to City Commission and most City Boards
- Handles public records requests
- Schedules the Civic Center, Gardner Learning Center Meeting Rooms, City Parks, Rodeo Arena, and Ball Field
- Issues dog and cat licenses
- Issues liquor licenses
- Issues (short-term event liquor) Licenses
- Registers businesses
- Sells cemetery plots and provides cemetery information - Vista Memory Gardens Rules & Regulations
- Provides General Information
- Issues golf cart and ATV permits
- Handles Short Term Rental Applications
- Lodgers Tax Allocation Applications and Subrecipient Applications
