Public Comment
Anyone attending a City Commission meeting may speak during the public comment period. Comments are limited to three minutes and may address any topic related to City government. No advance notice is required.

Request to Be Placed on the Agenda
To have an item formally considered by the City Commission, complete the Application for Listing on the City Commission Agenda and submit it, along with any supporting documents, to the City Clerk's Office at least seven days before the meeting. Requests are reviewed by the City Manager and scheduled as agenda space allows. If a request is denied, the applicant will be notified and may appeal the decision as outlined on the application.
